The house is situated at Playa Paraiso which is at the southern end of the Mar Menor with the hills of the Calablanque Nature Park behind, the protected Marchamalo salt lakes at the side and the Mar Menor in front. The house is fully furnished with 1 double (with balcony), 1 twin bedroom all with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with showers, lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen and patio area to front and rear of the property. Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms.
The house is situated within a minutes walk to the Mar Menor where there are lovely beaches and access to water sports, this is a popular area for the Spanish who come for a relaxing holiday to get away from it all.
The Costa Callida translates the warm or hot coast and gives on average 320 days of sunshine.
A short drive away is the famous La Manga Club with its 3 golf courses, tennis, bars, restaurants and casino, 5 mins drive away is the fishing village of Cabo de Palos with its great seafood restaurants. A bit further afield is the La Manga Strip which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Within walking distance is Playa Honda where you will find a Pharmacy, small supermarket and restaurants.
Murcia Airport is about a 20 minute drive and Alicante is 90 Minutes by motorway.
Car Hire is recommended as there is so much to see and do and all airports have good car hire offices
