The new villa has wonderful panoramic views on Bueu and Beluso.
It is situated in a gardened area close to the historic pazo de Santa Cruz de quitapesares (17th century).

2 bedrooms from which one is double and the other single. There are 2 sofas which can be used as beds and one bathroom.

Situation: 17 km from Pontevedra, 24 km to Vigo, 28 km to Sanxenxo, 350 m to the beach, 17 Km to the railway station, 24 Km to the airport, 350 m to the centre of town, 350 m to the doctor, 17 Km to the hospital, 350 m to the supermarket. There is a new highway which will take you to Vigo in 10 minutes.

Activities in the neighbourhood: Restaurants, cafés and bars, nightlife, casino, puerto deportivo, water sports, tennis, hunting, fishing, horsebackriding, golf, panoramic views, walks in the nature, shops, museums,natural park.

Villa completely reformed in 05-2005, with a terrace of 100 square metres half covered with a little roof which covers a stone table, from which you can admire the panoramic views over Bueu and Belusa, with Sangenjo at the end in northern orientation. The villa is in a residential area, surrounded by a garden of 2000 metres, close to the historic Pazo de Santa Cruz de Quitapesares.

Holidays in Bueu

We had a really good time in Bueu, however, there is a few things related to the house that I would like to mentioned: - Shower cubicle is too small - Apparently there are plans to replace it for a bigger one. Also need to be kept a bit cleaner. - Dishwasher is a must - really annoying to have to do the washing up every time you have food in the house. - The location of the house is good but it felt more than 300mtrs from the beach as indicated in the website. If you have a young kid and need to use a pushchair is not the best location as it's hilly and either you take a really long hilly walk or a shortcut throught stairs. In terms of the beaches,we found stunning beaches outside of Bueu town, only a few minutes driving. Not easy to find but worthwile.
