Description: |
The Mazarron Country Club can be found in the sunny Costa Calida. Costa Calida means warm coast and is listed as one of the healthiest places to live in Europe. The mountain surrounding this unique area ensures that the microclimate enjoys the best Winter temperatures in the whole of Spain. The numerous blue flag sandy beaches (just 10 minutes away) seldom feel crowded and are amongst some of the finest in Spain. The azure blue Mediterranean, rich in marine life is famous for its coral and rich plant life.
The Country Club is set against a backdrop of olive groves and the Algorroba mountain range. It has an impressive palm tree lined avenue, Avenue of Angels, where you can stroll or just relax on one of the many seats and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.

One bedroom - twin beds, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Living room - Double sofabed with aditional child bed stored beneath, arm chair, wall unit, TV with English, german and Spanish channels, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs and ceiling fan.
Kitchen - all electric hob, oven and exteractor hood. Fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board etc
Shower room - shower cubical, sink and loo.
Patio at the rear of property - enclosed and secure patio with washing machine, sink and drying area. leading from this via our garden gate is a communal garden that is seldom used and is ideal for sunbathing.
Front of property - patio with pergola. Off road parking and sun bathing area.
Also included - outside table and chairs, sunbeds, unberella, BBQ and beach chairs.
There is both electric and gas heating for the winter months and an air cooler (not air con but much better than a fan) for the hot weather.
Bath towels, tea towels and all bed linen, including duvets and blankets, is provided but not beach towels.
We ensure the house is cleaned to a high standard and that the beds are made up ready for your arrival.
This is a NO SMOKING property but ash trays are provided for your use outside.
Payments and deposits A non returnable deposit of £20 per week will secure your booking. The remainder will need to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date. Keys are made available to you on arrival.
