Description: |
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the highly regarded BENIMAR district, located between the typically Spanish towns of BENIJOFAR and ROJALES. All the facilities required to make yours a comfortable stay are available nearby. There is a choice of bars and restaurants (both English and Spanish), several supermarkets, bodegas, banks and so on, all within walking distance of the villa.
New for 2007 is a large patio at the front of the villa. This area catches the sun throughout the day and is an ideal place to relax in the evening with a glass of the local produce. It has already become a favourite haunt as you can pass the time of day with your neighbours over the garden wall.
When you visit this part of the world, it is generally with a view to spending some time by the sea. Youll be delighted to learn that there are 3 fantastic sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa. All have beach bars and/or restaurants and, in the busier summer months, all have patrolling lifeguards. There is a parasol and beach chairs for your use at the villa.
If you like to swim but dont fancy the beach, the large, private communal pool is within seconds of your front door. The pool has an area especially for the use of small children.
For those of a more active disposition, there are plenty of outdoor pursuits to keep you occupied. The most popular is golf - within 15 minutes of the villa there are no less than 5 courses to test players of all abilities. Green fees range from roughly £25 to £50 depending on the time of year. The newly constructed La Finca course is a must for keen golfers - it is also a lovely place to have an early evening drink!
For you water sporters, head for the nearby town of Guardamar. As well as being home to a whole host of fabulous bars and restaurants, the town is also the local centre for water sports. Here you can enjoy windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, scuba diving and jet skiing.
For water sports of a more relaxing nature, there is the Aqua Park 5 minutes away. It costs approximately €30 for a family of four to spend the day there. All of the pools, slides etc are free once you are inside and I guarantee the children will have a fabulous day. Refreshments are available inside the Aqua Park and are very reasonably priced. We have provided a cool box in the villa should you wish to take your own food and drink.
All of the local towns have a weekly market (youll find a list of where and when on the wall in the kitchen). Try not to miss the opportunity to pay them a visit. Youll discover local farmers selling local produce. The food is very tasty and very reasonably priced whilst the wine is very palatable and very keenly priced.
All prices quoted are inclusive of all bills. There is no extra charge for cleaning*, no extra charge for use of the aircon, no extra charge for heating.
*There is a £100 breakage/extra cleaning deposit that is fully refundable subject to a satisfactory report from our representative in Spain.

The villa is our home in the sun and as such it is equipped to suit most needs. It features 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms. All bed linen is supplied as are all bath and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. The fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. The lounge/diner has SKY TV and a CD player. We also have a collection of board games for guests use. All of the rooms (apart from the bathrooms) have ceiling fans whilst the master bedroom, bedroom 2 and lounge area also have hot and cold air-conditioning. To the front and side of the villa is a garden/patio area that and private off-road parking. There is a shed in the garden containing deck chairs for the beach and for by the pool. You will also bats, balls flippers and other beach paraphanalia - you are most welcome to use them. To the rear of the villa is a private courtyard complete with table, chairs and parasol with steps leading to the solarium. In a cupboard under the stairs you will find the automatic washer. The rooftop solarium runs the entire length of the villa and affords views of the pool and the mountains. There is a dining table and chairs in a shaded area for alfresco dining. We have also supplied 5 sun loungers for maximum snooze value. To aid your dining experience, you will also find a gas barbeque. There is a large lockable storage cupboard on the solarium - ideal for storing golf clubs. For rentals when the weather is a little cooler - dont panic. The villas aircon pumps out hot air when required. There are also a number of oil-filled radiators. There are duvets, quilts and blankets for the beds. |
