Holiday villa for rent in Rojales

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the highly regarded BENIMAR district, located between the typically Spanish towns of BENIJOFAR and ROJALES. All the facilities required to make yours a comfortable stay are available nearby. There is a huge choice of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, bodegas, banks and so on, all within walking distance of the villa.

When you take a family holiday in this part of the world, it is generally with a view to spending some time by the sea. You will be delighted to learn that there are numerous clean, sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa. All have beach bars and/or restaurants and, in the busier summer months, all have patrolling lifeguards. There is a parasol and beach chairs for your use at the villa.

If you like to swim but do not fancy the beach, the large, private communal pool is within seconds of your front door. The pool has an area especially for the use of small children.

For those of a more active disposition, there are plenty of outdoor pursuits to keep you occupied. The most popular is golf - within 15 minutes of the villa there are no less than 5 courses to test players of all abilities. Green fees range from roughly £30 to £70 depending on the time of year. The newly constructed La Finca course is a must for keen golfers - it is also a lovely place to have an early evening drink!

For you water sporters, head for the nearby town of Guardamar. As well as being home to a whole host of fabulous bars and restaurants, the town is also the local centre for water sports. Here you can enjoy windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, scuba diving and jet skiing.

For water sports of a more relaxing nature, there is the Aqua Park 5 minutes away. It costs approximately €30 for a family of four to spend the day there. All of the pools, slides etc are free once you are inside and I guarantee the children will have a fabulous day. Refreshments are available inside the Aqua Park and are very reasonably priced. We have provided a cool box in the villa should you wish to take your own food and drink.

All of the local towns have a weekly market (you will find a list of where and when on the wall in the kitchen). Try not to miss the opportunity to pay them a visit. You will discover local farmers selling local produce. The food is very tasty and very reasonably priced whilst the wine is very palatable and very keenly priced.

All prices quoted are inclusive of all bills. There is no extra charge for cleaning*, no extra charge for use of the aircon, no extra charge for heating.

*There is a £100 breakage/extra cleaning deposit that is fully refundable subject to a satisfactory report from our representative in Spain.
