Description: |
Welcome to our large, luxury villa in a prime location in Moraira. It is within a 10-15 minute walk of the centre of the town/beach. A recently built 2 storey spacious villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have central ceiling fan. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own private balcony with furniture.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Detachable double bed (can become twin).
Bedroom 2: Full size double bed with desk.
Bedroom 3: Comfortable double bed.
Bedroom 4: Large bedroom with twin beds.
Bathrooms:
Upstairs bathroom: A walk in shower, bath/jacuzzi, twin basins/vanity unit. WC, bidet and heated towel rail.
Downstairs bathroom: Walk in shower and separate bath. Wash basin/vanity unit and heated towel rail. WC and bidet.
Also outside WC.
Kitchen:
Large fully equipped kitchen with double sink, cooker, hob,
large double American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility Room:
Washing machine, tumble dryer sink and WC.
Living Room:
Comfortable, spacious lounge with 2 three seater sofas. Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan, gas fire and lamps.
Other:
Separate dining area adjoining to the kitchen and lounge. The lounge leads on to a fully furninshed naya. Outside there is a gas BBQ kitchen area with sink. WC near to the pool. Wonderfully appointed garden surrounding the villa.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Bed linen, bath and hand towels provided. Please bring your own beach/swim towels.
Outside:
10x5m private swimming pool (can be heatedat additional cost). Outdoor BBQ area, utility and WC. Patio furniture and outdoor sunbeds. Security gates and 2 driveways. Sunbathing areas and eating area.
Coast/Beach:
Closest beaches are 5-10 minutes by car, ample parking, with many other smaller beaches within close proximity.
Golf:
2 golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa. Tennis courts available.
Travel:
Alicante and Valencia airports each an easy 1 hour drive on the AP7 motorway. Car hire is recommended. If bringing a car the Plymouth/Santander car ferry is highly recommended.
Distances:
Javea is only a 10 minute drive away with Denia only 20 minutes away. The large town of Benidorm is just 20 minutes drive, many activities such as Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia - Water Park and many shopping centres.
Further details:
Moraira is a picturesque small fishing town with a beautiful marina, many local and tourist restaurants. Mainly villas with few high rise buildings and apartments. The town has all the shops, banks and activities a family would need for a fantastic holiday.
Booking notes:
Booking is directly with the owners, please either telephone or email. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to confirm booking. The balance and £250 breakages deposit are payable 8 weeks before the commencement of hire. All money is in UK pounds.

Under floor heating, ceiling fans in all rooms excluding kitchen and bathrooms. Cleaning services during yourstay can be arranged for an additional price.
