Second smaller pool with shallow pool and stepping stones well suited for little children. 10 minute walk to 3 blue flag beaches.

Air conditioned throughout, patio doors from lounge and two bedrooms onto large private terrace, which is surrounded by attractive bamboo fencing for privacy. Patio furniture, tables, umbrella and chairs for al fresco dining, loungers all available. Gate from terrace straight opposite the pool, useful when wanting to keep an eye on children swimming. Morning sun and afternoon shade on the terrace but decking and lawn available just outside the terrace for sunbathing next to the pool. Inflatables/paddling pool available.

2 large supermarkets within a 3 minute walk, one being top quality and rather upmarket whilst the other is good for all essentials. A host of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk, with every cuisine imaginable including Thai, Indian, Italian, Chinese. English and Irish pubs also within complex. Set in a two storey modern plaza with water feature in central area.

The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are within 10-15 mins drive, whilst the world famous La Manga resort is within 35 mins drive to the south, making it an ideal location for golfers.

3 beaches within 10 minute walk (difficult with pushchair) and other long sandy clean beaches (all blue flag), with activities and sunbeds/umbrellas, within 10 minutes drive. Only a short drive to the glorious sandy beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor, Punta Prima, Guardamar, La Marina and Cabo Roig.

Other activities in the area include go-karting, horse Riding, bike rental, water sports and theres an aqua park in Torrevieja. Playa Flamenca has a great street market every Saturday, one of the largest in spain. Childrens play area at Playa Flamenca beach. Theres also a safari park with a pool at nearby Elche.

Deposits: A 25% non refundable deposit is payable upon confirmation of booking. Balance must be made up 8 weeks prior to rental date. There will be a refundable £100 deposit to cover breakages. We appreciate honesty!
