Description: |
Our apartments are fully equipped; satelite TV, Air Conditioning or heat for some cooler winer nights, after you come from the golf course...:-) Modern kitchens with washing machine and everything else, full bathrooms, large terasas with table and chairs for the morning coffee out in fresh air...
Then you can go downstairs and relax by the pool and jacuzzi bath; or you can walk to one of the beaches near by - to the left of your residence, two lovely beaches approx 6-8 mins walk, to the right, looking at the sea, another two very large and animated beaches with restaurants and lots of activities, water sports, marina; maybe 10-12 mins walk or 5 mins drive.
Evening comes and you got enough sun tan for today... you are hungry!
Starting on the 1st floor in your residence and as on all the area around the city there are hundreds of restaurants and eateries of any possible description and nationality, serving cuisine from all over the world and for any budget, from sandwitch and a beer to lobsters and fine wines...:-)
You play golf? if you do, you reached the paradise of golfing!
About 5 world class golf courses around (at last count) from 5 mins drive away to 20 mins drive, all with rentals available.
All and all, this is a lovely family environment... but... you are single and came with a bunch of friends?... have you heard of Patcha night club and disco in Torrevieja? It is the wildest damn place I ever saw...! You go home about 6 am and then straight to the beach... hey, thats the vida loca my friend !!!

Please note that our prices are in Euros not Pounds Sterling...:)
The prices are based on 4 people occupation, for any additional person we charge 60 euros per week. (Large sofa bed in living room)
A deposit of 150 Euros is payable at reservation time. Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 200 Euros is required, money to be returned to you when you leave upon inspection of the property. There is a ONE ONLY charge of 40 Euros for cleaners and laundry payable on arrival.
All other facilities are included in above price, including (2) air conditioning, private garage, safe for valuables and more. |
