This villa also has a dining room and kitchen overlooking the pool and has a panoramic view over the azurblue sea. Pool is heated(+) and ideal for Spring, Autum and Winter swimming The villa is well equiped and is hired entirely as a home and not just as a holiday let. Previous hirers have described this Villa as a piece of paradise and come back again and again.

It has been fully refurbished throughout with no expense spared. The villa is secure and has a video telephone system from the electric entry gate.

The villa has two bedrooms each with a seperate bathroom (and in option a Romantic Suite with a double bed and bathroom on fitness & jacuzzilevel), lounge, dining area and fully equiped kitchen. A new terras with fitnessroom(+extra bathroom and kitchen) and outside jacuzzi(+), bbq and pergola wil amaze you.

Rental of the house, swimming pool, pergola, bbq, washing machine, fitness (spinning bike, weights and step), outside kitchen, all cleaning, bed linnen and towels are all included in the price.

Minimum 2 weeks rental period is preferred.
Check-in as of 4pm and check-out at 10 am.

Deposit 25% to secure booking.
Due balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
500€ refundable deposit.

Options - to rent for the whole rental period:
Romantic suite with double bed and modern bathroom on fitness and jaccuzi level : 500€/week
Jacuzzi (fully cleaned): 15€ per day
Pool heating (not needed in Summer): 15€ per day
Car (Dacia Sandero Stepway, located next to Alicante airport): 20€ per day
Electrical bike: 5€ per day
