A beautifully located, fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi detached villa with large patio area on a corner plot and with lovely communal pools and gardens.. The air-conditioning units also provide heating for the winter months and, in addition, there are blankets and duvets. There are also mosquito screens fitted to all windows for your additional comfort.
The spacious patio/garden area of this superb property is furnished with a table, 6 chairs and 4 sunloungers.
Also in the garden are flowering Mediterranean plants such as hibiscus and ferns as well as a mature lemon tree - giving a true Spanish feel!
The terrace area is also furnished with an additional table and 4 chairs, making it perfect for breakfast on the terrace, evening meal, or a glass of chilled wine to relax! It is also lit at night and has a power point for soft music!
Furthermore, this lovely property is on a gated urbanisation, with designated covered private parking and is therefore perfectly safe for small children.
The fully air-conditioned lounge area contains a 3 seater leather sofa, armchair, coffee table and full length mirror as well as pictures and large pine wall unit.
The sunny dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a standard lamp.
For your entertainment, there is also a TV, DVD player and portable CD player, cassette and radio. In addition, a guest information file - to help you make the most from your stay is provided plus paperback books for your enjoyment.
Whilst, as you would expect in a property such as this, the fully fitted kitchen comprises of oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, iron, ironing board plus vacuum and Dustbuster if required! There is also a door to the garden from the kitchen as well as a separate utility area, containing an additional sink and the washing machine.
On this floor is also the air-conditioned third bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, mirror and built in double wardrobe with chest of drawers.
There is also a handy downstairs WC, shower and basin on this floor.
Moving upstairs, the beautifully furnished air-conditioned master bedroom contains a king size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, rugs, table and mirror plus a standard lamp and is furnished in Indian carved wood. In addition, there is also a safe for your personal belongings.
A small passageway from the master bedroom contains the dressing area furnished with two double built in wardrobes, then through to the en suite which has a walk in shower, WC and basin encased in a marble topped vanity unit, plus mirror.
From the master bedroom, there are also patio doors leading to a spacious private roof terrace, furnished with a table and 4 chairs. From your private terrace, there are beautiful views across to the Nature Reserve.
The second bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, contains twin pine beds, matching double wardrobe, lamp, bedside cabinet, mirror and 6 drawer chest.
The main bathroom is also on this floor and features bath (with shower over), WC plus basin in marble vanity unit with mirror with lights.
What could be nicer than after a leisurely breakfast on the terrace, to spend the day at the beach or one of the 2 lovely pools, then walk through the gardens to a meal in one of the many restaurants located within just 5 minutes walk and then to relax on the terrace and watch the sunset?
The superb blue flag Carabassi beach is just a 15 minute walk away and there are a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk.
