Only 20/25mins drive from Alicante Airport
This very spacious luxury apartment is over two floors each with its own air conditioning system.
You enter the property on the upper floor, you walk into the large lounge area with a sofa and two arm chairs. There is a T.V. DVD and plenty of units for storage.
There is a bathroom fully equipped with toilet, Bidet, Bath and Shower.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, full sized oven and ceramic hob, microwave, marble worktops and lots of units for storage, also several usual appliances including kettle, toaster, iron and coffee maker.
The dining area has more than enough space for the large dining table and 6 chairs.
The apartment has 2 terraces, a larger one at the rear with garden chairs, table and two sun loungers.
The front terrace over looks the pool and is equipped with 2 teak chairs and matching table.
The Communal Pool is only about 20 feet away and is of a good size with the added bonus of a children’s pool. The pool area has low level fencing for added safety.
There are wooden sun loungers around the pool, outdoor showers, and further showers in the changing rooms.
The 3 bedrooms, utility and 2 of the bathrooms are on the lower floor.
The huge master bedroom has a king sized bed and more than ample built in wardrobe space. It also has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.
The two other bedrooms have twin beds, plenty of wardrobe space and again are of a good size.
There is a further family bathroom downstairs.
The utility is equipped with full sized washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Town of Guardamar is a 1 or 2 minutes drive away.
It’s a proper Spanish Coastal town with lots of history.
Guardamar seems to have it all, Beaches, Restaurants, Bars and beautiful parks.
The Park Reina Sofia with its Peacocks, Geese, Ducks, Fish and Turtles (a favourite with the kids) is a perfect place to relax.
There is a large well equipped soft sand covered play area for children, numerous large duck ponds and well paved walkways.
There are hundreds of mature trees to provide shade from the sun (look out for the red squirrels).
The Blue Flag Beach stretches for over 12 KM and is among the most beautiful in the Costa Blanca. You have the choice of the beaches by the town with its bars, restaurants, shops and Promenade. Or the natural surroundings of the Las Dunas Beaches with its backdrop of sand dunes and the mature trees of the Parque Natural.
On Sundays and Wednesdays there are markets. These take place within walking distance from the apartment and are a good shopping opportunity.
By night the restaurants and bars come alive, you are spoilt for choice but do check out restaurants with a menu of the day special. ( some of Chinese restaurants have 3 courses with drinks for less than 4 euros).
As you would expect there are regional dishes great paellas and sea food as well as basic plainer food available.
The night market in Guardamar is another place for bargains and gifts for the folks back home.
In late July there is a huge carnival celebrating the Moors and the Christians, there are battle re-enactments on the beach, a procession with marching bands, floats and costumes, and a firework display to rival any you’ll see.
Golf is very popular in this region and its easy to see why. The splendid golf courses of Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campomar and La Finca are all within 30 minutes drive of the apartment. If you take a drive down to the La Manga resort you could play a round on the world famous championship course. The 18 hole La Marquesa Golf course is only about 7 - 8 minutes drive from the apartment, it’s not as challenging as the previous courses but is still a very nice course to play.
Although a car is not essential we do recommend one as this gives you the freedom to explore all that the region has to offer.
Car Hire on line and from the airport is easy to arrange and very reasonably priced.
There are water parks all around the area that are great fun for the kids (and adults too!)
If shopping is your thing then you can go to Alicante or Murcia for great department stores and designer labels. Its worth staying on for the evening as there are great Bars and restaurants there too.
All in all you can choose whatever kind of holiday you want with the benefit of the beautiful spanish climate.

The apartment has a marble staircase between its two floors and there are about 5 steps up to the front door.
Please no smoking inside the apartment.
The apartment is idealy situated for many activities, beaches, golf, waterparks, shopping, markets, restaurants, bars, parks, walking, Beach watersports, diving, karting, , or just relaxing.
Guardamar Leisure centre is only 2 KM away
(please note that some activities are a short drive or bus trip away). The bus stop is only 100metres from the apartment
There is a security gate to gain access to this exclusive complex.
We provide all towels and linen but not beach towels.
The small front terrace has its own wooden furniture.
The larger rear terrace has table, chairs, and loungers which are stored in the utility.
There is an elevator to the roof solarium.
There is a DVD player that also plays audio C.D.s
All three bathrooms are fully equipped.
The sofa bed sleeps 2 people. |
