Luxury detached villa with modern furnished living / dining room complete with satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes (master with double bed, the other with two singles), master bedroom has patio doors that lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin, toilet downstairs with wash basin and a very well equipped kitchen, all windows are equipped with external sun blinds and full air conditioned, cooling for the summer and heating in the winter. There is also ample car parking at the rear of the villa. In short a very luxurious and very well equipped villa.
The villa is in the middle of a fantastic 27 hole championship golf course, which has been built to the exacting standards of the PGA & USGA, and a 9 holes par 3 “Challenge Course”. Realy a fabulous golf course to play or to improve your game with lessons from the clubs professional. In addition there are many other golf courses to play in the area, in short the resort forms the perfect location for your golfing holiday or for just relaxing by the pool.
Mosa Trajectum has 24 hour patrolled security service and a manned gated entrance. Behind the complex is a large protected nature reserve that is perfectly suited for cycling, walking and horse riding etc. On the resort there is a very good a la carte restaurant and a bar where one can get snacks and drinks. Within easy walking distance are typical Spanish restaurants “Ventas” which are excellent value for money. There are tennis and paddle tennis courts on the complex and areas for the children to play safely. A no-fly zone protects the resort and adjoining nature reserve so the peace is virtually guaranteed. The resort is very peaceful and is ideally suited for people who prefer a relaxed setting and yet within minutes can be in a bustling city or on the beach.
Within a distance of 10 km (10 min.) from the beautiful University City Murcia and 85 km (40 min.) south of the busy harbour town of Alicante with its International Airport and only 25km (15 min) drive from Murcia (San Javier) Airport.
Within a 15 min. drive are the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor (the worlds largest inland sea where the water in the winter remains at a very acceptable 18ºC).
A car is necessary and can be easily hired from an office within the resort.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful shared garden in which there is a magnificent split-level 10 x 10 metre shared private swimming pool (shared with only 5 other villas on the plot). The swimming pool and gardens are regularly maintained to be always in excellent condition. The villa itself has a large terrace complete with parasol, 2 sun beds, table and chairs, and of course a BBQ etc. In the living room there is a double sofa bed that can be used for any guests that like to stay over for the night. Linen for the sofa bed can be supplied on request.
A very well equipped kitchen including a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster etc.
The price is inclusive of towels and bed linen, no beach towels are supplied so please bring your own. |
