Penthouse (top floor).A stones throw from the famous Coral Beach Hotel .This apartment offers not only breathtaking views of the famous La Concha mountains (see photo) but then sweeps round with views right across to Marbella, finally encompasing on the east side of the apartment views across to the sea (see photos). In the morning, the side terrace is flooded with sunshine and is a perfect breakfast area. In the summer evening, when you return from the pool, beach or golf, the front terrace is bathed in sunshine and is a perfect/superb venue for an evening meal and drinks. There are also excellent beach bars within easy walking distance (300 metres ) Its prime location is ideal as its position is very peaceful and yet only minutes away 250 metres from the beach.
The apartment is ideally located for golf and the area boasts an abundance of golf courses, suitable for all levels of players. The famous golfing valley which supports such golf courses as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf, to mention a few, is only a few minutes drive away.
The world famous Puerto Banus is but a few minutes walk along a beautiful promenade (see photos) Also Puerto Banus centre is a few minutes walk along the promenade with its world famous marina surrounded by restaurants and designer shops such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more.(leave your credit cards at home!) The night life is second to none if you have the energy. Marbella is 5 minutes drive and a late breakfast at Orange Square has got to be the best. Selwo Safari Park is a 10 mins drive away and is well worth a visit. The water park at Benalmadena is a favourite with the kids. A day out ballooning across Andalucia is a must if you have a head for heights and of course Gibraltar a 35 mins drive along the coast for the old duty free. Of course a lazy day or two around the pool can very quickly put you in the holiday mood. "In a nutshell this residence is ideal for families, couples and golfers. SKIING "Its true" snow skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the golden beaches in the afternoon. This is one of the best kept secrets in the world. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is one of the highest mountain ranges in Europe but is also the most southerly which provides this unique opportunity of skiing and sunbathing on the same day. Skiing for beginners is available, and all this is on your door step, approx 1.3 hours away. Why not visit the famous city of Granada and the world famous Alhambra Palace?
TRAVEL Gibraltar and Malaga airports are 30 to 50 minutes drive away and to get the full flavour of the area, we strongly recommend you hire a car direct from the airport. Full travel directions will be given on booking.

ESTEPONA A 5 minute drive away and offers the full range of retail services including banks, shops, even a large Carrefour. If you want a typical Spanish tapas house (bodega) then Estepona has them in abundance. Estepona also hosts two famous markets and has numerous festivals. Details can be provided on booking. PUERTO BANUS Puerto Banus a 10 minute drive away is well worth a visit with its world famous marina surrounded by restaurants and designer shops such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more.(Leave your credit card at home!) APARTMENT DESCRIPTION The apartment can be accessed by stairs or a mod lift .The appt has recently been refurbished new wardrobes and new bathroom new appliances etc . The second bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed (can sleep three) The master bed has a double bed fitted wardrobe TV remote sky double patio to terrace.(see photo) lounge has a 3 & 2 seater corner unit, coffee table 32" LCD TV. SKY .Hi Fi some CD music and films available. Kitchen, with large breakfast bar, microwave, separate cooker and hob large fridge/freezer.
