COAST/BEACH The apartment is 2-minute stroll from the sea front and the famous Tikitano beach restaurant, with spectacular views of the bay and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range sweeping across to the Rock of Gibraltar and, in the distance, the African Atlas Mountains. The area also boasts luscious landscaped gardens surrounding a historical Roman Tower. This is ideal for an evening stroll along a breathtaking sea front.
OUTSIDE The swimming pool area has sunbeds provided. There are also sunbeds on the apartment terraces. The pool is surrounded by sub-tropical gardens which are gated with 24 hour security and for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. There are also superb indoor leisure facilities including a large fitnes room, adult jacuzzi, a generous size indoor heated swimming pool, (see photos) a spacious sauna which is supported by his and hers showers and changing rooms.
GOLF The apartment is ideally located for golf and the area boast an abundance of golf courses suitable for all levels of experience. Golf Coto La Serena is on the door step and golfing valley, which supports such golf courses as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf to mention but a few, is ten minutes drive away.
SKIING "Its true" snow skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the golden beaches in the afternoon. This is one of the best kept secrets in the world. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is one of the highest mountain ranges in Europe but is also the most southerly which provides this unique opportunity of skiing and sunbathing on the same day. Skiing for beginners is available, and all this is on your door step, approx 2 hours away. Why not visit the famous city of Granada and the world famous Alhambra Palace?
TRAVEL Gibraltar and Malaga airports are 35 to 50 minutes drive away and to get the full flavour of the area, we strongly recommend you hire a car direct from the airport. Full travel directions will be given on booking.
DISTANCE FROM MAIN TOWNS
ESTEPONA A 5 minute drive away and offers the full range of retail services including banks, shops, even a large Carrefour. If you want a typical Spanish tapas house (bodega) then Estepona has them in abundance. Estepona also hosts two famous markets and has numerous festivals. Details can be provided on booking. PUERTO BANUS Puerto Banus, a 10 minute drive away, is well worth a visit with its world famous marina surrounded by restaurants and designer shops such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more.(Leave your credit cards at home!) The night life is second to none if you have the energy. MARBELLA Marbella is a further 5 minute drive away and one cannot visit it without sampling a late breakfast at Orange Square which has got to be the best.
OTHER ATTRACTIONS. Selwo Safari Park is a 5 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit. The water park at Benalmadena is a favourite with the kids. A day out ballooning across Andulucia is a must if you have a head for heights and, of course, Gibraltar a 35 minute drive for the old duty free.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM Master bedroom with double bed (See photo) leading on to large terrace with sea views, overlooking outdoor pools and sub-tropical gardens. The en-suite bathroom with hydro-spa bath/shower, wc, bidet with his and her vanity unit is fully tiled in marble. Bedrooms 2 and 3 contain single beds which can be linked together. Fully fitted and practical wardrobes are present in both rooms which lead on to a terrace looking out onto mountain views. Family bathroom containing a bath/shower and wc, bidet and sink.
KITCHEN Superb fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge freezer, Bosch appliances such as dishwasher, built-in electric oven and ceramic digital hob, microwave and breakfast bar. Generous cupboard space accompanies beautiful marble work tops.
UTILITY ROOM Washer/dryer, separate sink along with purpose-built hanging rail. The utility area also contains a semi-commercial pressing table with vacuum.
LIVING ROOM. Beautifully laid out lounge diner with a 2 and 3 seater settee, coffee table, dining table, 6 chairs, sideboard. TV, HI-FI, DVD player, speakers system to all rooms, including bathrooms and terrace, patio windows leading to good size terrace (See photos).

APARTMENT PREPARATION The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and will be cleaned again upon departure.All towels and linen are provided however other personal items such as beach towels are not supplied. Cleaner can be provided at cost if required. There is full air-conditioning and heating system. There is also a secreted safety deposit box . |
