Description: |
Locally
The beach is situated approx. 50m from the complex. There is a supermarket that caters for all your needs and a local bar that sells great food. There is also a large kids play area that is well shaded for those hot summer days, all these are approx. 250m from the apartment.
Cabo de palos
This village is a 5 min drive away with a large supermarket, bars and cafes. There is a big sunday market that is open all year round. This is a small fishing village that has great fish restaurants with beautiful open views. There is a good english fish n chip shop and a number of varied restaurants that cater for all.
Los belones
This picturesque village is also within a 5 min drive, it has good bars, cafes, restaurants and a fine bakery which are mostly situated in the church square. As you enter los belones there is a good english supermarket and shops throughout the village. Every tuesday there is a market that is also open all year round.
La manga
The famous la manga strip is approx. 40-50 km long with golden sandy beaches on either side. It is situated in the middle of the mar menor and the meditteranean. Along the strip there is something to suit everyone from go karting and a driving range to a large variety of restaurants and bars. There are also a number of shops including some great shoe shops.
La manga complex
This is mostly known for its superb golfing facilities as it has north, south and west golf courses which are top quality. Also on the complex there is a wide range of activities from scuba diving to a casino and even the football pitches where international teams go to for a get together.
Car and bicycle hire and airport transfers
Car and bicycle hire are readily available. Car hire is the most convenient way to travel as it is relatively inexpensive. There are many cabs that can take you to and from all of these places.

This is a 1 bedroom apartment,on the 7th floor, it has a video door entry system for security. Inside the complex are indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and kids play area that you can use at your own leisure. There is an underground car parking space with lifts for each individual block.
Bedroom: This includes big fitted wardrobes, a double bed with bedside cabinets and wonderful views.
BathroomThis is beautifully done, it has a large well lit mirror over the sink, a toilet, bidet, bath and shower and bathroom cabinet.
Living roomThis spacious room has a sofabed that sleeps 3, dining table that seats 4, coffee table and a display unit where all the cups, plates and bowls are kept. There is also a tv which has sky channels, bbc1, bbc2,bbc3 etc and a music cd player.
KitchenThis leads off the living room and has a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, juice maker, sandwich maker and microwave. It also has all the cooking utensils you will need. straight off the kitchen is the utility room that has a big sink, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
There is a large balcony with a table and chairs to seat 4 (this looks out onto the complex).
You can access the shared roof terrace at the top of the building where you can admire all the stunning surrounding views. The apartment is fully air conditioned and tiled throughout.
