Description: |
A superb, light, airy and modern villa which has been very well equipped and exceptionally well furnished to provide accommodation for eight people in a high degree of comfort, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a beautifully furnished sitting room with patio doors opening onto the front terrace. The rear terrace has a large barbecue and both terraces have high quality garden furniture.

The well stocked, secure and private garden accommodates a swimming pool 8m x 4m and there are pool loungers and reclining chairs.
Restaurants, bars, tennis and a wonderful beach with great surfing are only 300 metres away. Other excellent beaches for surfing are El palmar and Los Canos de Meca, both within an easy drive of 15 - 20mins and Tarifa, the windsurfing centre of Europe, is but 50 mins drive. Tennis rackets and beach toys are available in the villa.

Horse riding is available 1km away and there are several golf courses within 5 minutes drive and others from 20 mins to 90 mins drive, including Montecastillo and the world famous Valderrama.
