Villa Sant Elm is one of the most complete and outstanding holiday properties on the Costa Brava with a great sea view. About an hour drive north of Barcelona on what is known as one of most beautiful coasts in the world, the villa is located very centrally for making interesting day trips. The villa is beautifully situated just outside St Feliu de Guixols in a quiet area with great views over the Mediterranean. A walk to the beach takes about ten minutes and by car several other spacious sandy beaches are within a ten minute drive. Villa Sant Elm is an exclusive holiday villa of perfect quality and luxurious finishings, newly built in 2004. There are three private parking spaces with electrically operating doors. Restaurants, bars and shopping are within short distance and walkable. Villa accomodates maximum 17 people and 2 children under 2y.
