This fully renovated apartment locates on the second floor of a jerez style quiet old residential building in the very convenient Jerez city centre.
Easy access for shoping, sightseeing, eat/dringking. Just a 3 minute walk to Villamarta Theatre.

* Just a short note for the guest-book to say how much we enjoyed our stay in the Jerez apartment. The city is beautiful,the people are unfailingly polite and friendly. There are some graet shops and the market is superbly stocked with fresh meat, fruit and vegetables all at very reasonable prices. All the major beach resorts, Cadiz,San Lucar and Chipiona are nearby. The flat is well-equipped and clean with a perfect balcony. Christobal is the most helpful and hospitable host for whom anyone could wish. As it turned out our extra ten days due to the flight cancellations in April allowed us some extra time to really appreciate Jerez even more. Muchas gracias, G. Nicholls & F.Evans from U.K.

Notes
PRICE: One set of bed linen, hand and bath towel (no beach towels provided) per week, a final cleaning service and utilities are included.

PAYMENT: A 30% non-refundable deposit (*) is required to secure booking and the balance is payable in cash on your arrival, otherwise a full payment may be arranged by bank transfer or PayPal 6 weeks before arrival date. A refundable breakage/damage deposit of E150 is payable on key hand-over.

(*) The deposit is however, transferable with 6 weeks notice for off peak period and 10 weeks notice for peak period before arrival date - subject to availability.

SERVICES: Babysitting, cleaning, airport transfer (from/to), car parking/golf course bookings etc. available on request.

** Spanish home made meal also avilable on request - the ones that you can not try at the local restaurants or tapas bars!

CHANGEOVER: Any day. Takeover-time after 15.00h on arrival and before 12.00h on departure however can be discussed.


*** Minimum stay 2/3/4 nights (except peak period).

*** Monthly rental available on request (off peak period only).

*** English/Spanish speaking local agent (my family) will be happy to provide any local information you need and help you if you encounter any problems during your holiday.
