Description: |
343 Marina Del Mar II (Nik Ann Ty) is located on a new development Marina Del Mar II which is situated close to La Marina, located south of Alicante between Alicante airport and Torrevieja (map) on the Costa Blanca. The property is a semi detached 3 bedroomed villa with its own car park hardstand and a rooftop solarium. Available for holiday rental all year round. The communal swimming pool, which has a segregated section for the toddlers, is literally dead opposite the villa, a 2 second walk.
Its only a 5 minute drive down to the white sandy beachs of La Marina. There are 23 sandy beaches in the area and each have free parking. They have all been awarded the triple European Blue Flag and are cleaned daily during the summer season.
Some of the features of the villa are:
A 20 minute drive to Alicante airport or 50 minute drive to Murcia airport and a 20 minute car journey to Torrevieja which boasts a large marina.
There are Four commercial centres on the La Marina urbanisaton. Theres a new centre opened just a 5-10 minute walk from the villa with bars chinese restaurants and numerous restaurants with a new super market. Two only a couple of minutes drive away, or 20 minute walk where there are several bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, large supermarkets, Banks and a taxi rank. Theres also one just a minutes walk form the new smaller center with a handfull of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.
The exclusive La Finca golf course is only a 20 minute drive away along with four other challeging 72 par golf courses within a 25 minute drive; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and La Marquesa. The famous La Manga is a 50 min drive away.
A large communal swimming pool with a segregated childrens pool is opposite the villa, only a 2 second walk away.
