Luxury 3-bedroom/2-bathroom townhouse situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Dona Pepa 11 in Ciudad Quesada. Dona Pepa 11 has been thoughtfully planned with houses painted in soothing pastel colours with wide roads and large landscaped roundabouts. 2 airports service the area, Alicante in the north and Murcia in the south, each approx a 30-minute drive away. The property itself overlooks the attractive gardens and unusually shaped large private community pool.

A 5 minute walk takes you to a cluster of bars, restaurants and banks, you will also find the urbanisations own hotel, La Laguna, whose Spa is worth a visit.

Quesada is located on south facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja (one is an actual working salt lake considered to be the most important in Europe) The other is a nature reserve with BBQ & picnic areas. The lakes provide a resting place for many species of bird- look out for the pink flamingos. It’s also home to a variety of mammal wildlife and various reptiles and amphibians. Beyond the lakes lies the glistening Mediterranean with its blue flag beaches. Further views take in the mountains, orange and lemon groves cover the area - their gorgeous aroma filling the air whilst in flower.

Quesada’s bustling main street is a 5 minute drive away offering all facilities you would expect such as numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops inc newsagents, tobacconist, hairdresser, banks & medical centre. There is Social club with restaurant, live entertainment, bowling, & swimming facilities The town boasts it’s own Aqua Park (open June- September) and golf course >(The Marquesa). Three other courses within a 10/15-minute drive are Villamartin (hosted 1994 Med Open), Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Many more of the best golf courses in Spain are in the area.

Beaches here have consistently been awarded the European blue flag for safe, clean waters and excellent services. Guardamar is a 5/10-minute drive away with its 11km of golden unspoilt sands, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Also worth a visit are La Mata and La Marina only a short drive away.

The lively cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is a 10/15-minute drive with miles of sand and rocky coves, marina, shops and numerous bars and restaurants with something to suit all ages.

Numerous activities can be found locally such as a variety of water-sports, horse-riding, cycling, tennis, crazy golf and go-carting.

Street Markets operate in the local villages and towns throughout the week selling local handicrafts, leather goods and a wide selection of produce from land and sea.

The property is only a short ride away to many places of interest such as Elche (with one of Europe’s largest Palm Forests), Santa Pola (famous for it’s seafood), the fantastic city of Alicante and only a 50-minute drive to Benidorm. You can vist attractions such as the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualand and the Mundomar Sealife Centre.

The property offers a peaceful retreat from which to explore the area.

Bedroom 2 – twin beds, bedside cabinet, fitted oversized floor to ceiling wardrobes, patio doors leading to rear balcony.

Family Bathroom – spacious and luxurious, fully tiled with corner bath (shower over), vanity basin, mirror, wc & bidet.

Outside:

Utility Area – houses the boiler and washing machine. A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

Terraces – fully enclosed terraces to front and rear. The front terrace leads to the covered patio area before entering the house. (2 upstairs bedroom balconies as mentioned earlier).

Garden Furniture – loungers, parasol, tables and chairs provided.

Linen - all bedding and towels provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Access to property – our housekeeper will personally meet you on arrival to hand over the keys.

Parking – in quiet street, offloading possible near property.

Information pack - provided with details of local attractions, markets, fiestas, emergency contact numbers etc.

1st Day Welcome Packs – can be organised for an additional fee.

Baby Equipment – none provided, but travel cot, high chair, car seat or stroller can be organised for an additional fee..

Courier Service – can be organised to/from Alicante/Murcia Airports for an additional fee.

Car Hire – easily organised at various companies within airports or from local outlets, please enquire if you need assistance.

Maid Service – can be organised for an additional fee.



Booking Details – 20% non refundable deposit to secure booking.

Balance due 8 weeks before arrival in addition to a £100 Key/Security deposit, refundable on your return following the satisfactory inspection of the property.
