Located in a private locked complex, this modern first floor apartment has a south facing terrace for all year sun, and overlooks the central courtyards and pool of the estate. This brand new property is maintained to a high standard, and is only a few minutes walk to the blue flag beach of La Zenia. La Zenia is 45 minutes drive south from Alicante airport, or 20 minutes drive north from Murcia airport.
The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beautiful La Zenia beach, 5 minutes to supermarket, chemist, internet cafe, bars and restaurants.
2 minutes walk to the bus stop for buses that take about 15 minutes to go into the town of Torrevieja.
In the vicinity you have amenities for golf, water skiing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba diving, jet ski, long sandy beaches and an aqua park.
The prices quoted are per property, (not per person), and include all cleaning and laundry before and after your stay and also includes all electric and water bills.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk+sugar, water, biscuits, is always included.
For all our clients we offer an airport pick-up service, 24 hours of the day, from Alicante or Murcia airports, cheaper than taxis. Ask for details.
Animals are not allowed in our apartments.
Longer lets (upto 6months) are available between October and April at greatly reduced rates.
