The upper floor has 2 bedrooms each with its own air conditioning and full bathroom and the main bedroon with terrace looking the the ground floor, there is an extense living room with terrace and a completely equiped american kitchen. In the down floor, there is another big living room, a complete bathroom and a double room.
It has garden and private parking.
It is situated in a quited zone with exclusive shopping centers and restaurants placed 5 minutes walking.

The bungalow is situated 30 km. from the Airport of Gran Canaria.

The beach of Meloneras is 5-10 minutes walking and the famous beach of Maspalomas is 15-20 minutes walking.

The complex also is provide with 2 swimming-pool and two jacuzzi.
