Salinas is located between Estepona and Marbella on the new Golden Mile and is set in tropical landscaped gardens with 2 pools and indoor leisure centre, comprising indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium. Situated 2 minutes stroll from the beach and next door to the prestigious 5 star Las Dunas Hotel. The beachfront boasts a landscaped garden with a Moorish tower, waterways and roman remains set next to the famous Tikitano Beach restaurant with views along the coast to Gibraltar, and across the sea to the Atlas Mountains in Africa. It is conveniently located near to the main routes only 50 minutes from Malaga airport.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard using modern contemporary styles. There is secure underground parking, with lift access to the apartment.
A wealth of outstanding golf courses is within minutes in all directions.
The local beach is a 2 minute stroll, with a promenade for leisurely walks by the sea. Heaven Beach Bar is a few minutes walk where you can enjoy food and entertainment during the day and evening. Estepona is ten minutes away, where there is a stunning 2 mile long white sandy beach and Marina filled with waterfront cafes and restaurants.
The Apartment block has a Delicatessan/Coffee Shop where you can buy the essentials to take away or you can eat in. There is also a hairdresser and beauty Salon next door and an English supermarket/Cafe and Internet Cafe. If you are holidaying for a special occasion you could hire a Porche or Ferrari from the Exclusive Car Showroom next door to the Supermarket.
There is a Welcome book at the apartment which gives full details of how everything works in the Apartment. It also includes lots of information about restaurants, bars, activites and places to visit.
Estepona has plenty to offer in terms of daytime activities, whether your passion is sport, the beach, nature or just good food, you will be able to indulge yourself here.
Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water ski-ing, jet ski-ing, sailing, fishing, boat excursion, scuba diving and parasending.
The beautiful mountains of Sierra Bermeja are a paradise for hikers, horse riders, huntsmen and cyclists.

Apartment Description
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and will accommodate 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. The entrance hall leads onto the lounge diner, tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture and leather sofas and dining chairs. The lounge area has dark leather sofas, a coffee table, DVD player, LCD TV and the main UK channels. The lounge then opens onto a large South facing terrace with sea views and views over the pool and tropical gardens. The terrace is equipped with stylish comfortable patio furniture for al fresco dining (see photos).
The kitchen is fully integrated again in a modern wood and stainless steel style, with granite work surfaces and a breakfast bar. The stylish terracotta flooring gives a real Andalucian feel amongst the modern design. A glass door leads onto the terrace.
The hallway leads to Bedroom 2, which has fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds and access to the sun terrace. Opposite is the guest bathroom.
At the end of the hall is a door which leads to the main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom boasts a king sized bed and double fitted wardrobes. The bedroom opens out onto the terrace via sliding patio doors so you can wake up and see the sea and the sun!
The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled in Italian marble, with a bath and shower above.
The large terrace overlooks one of the outdoor pools and has spectacular views of the tropical gardens and the sea. There is a table and four chairs for dining and a comfortable wicker settee, armchairs and coffee table for lounging.
Outside there are 2 large pools and 2 children’s pools. From the landscaped tropical gardens, you can wander round to the indoor leisure centre where there is a full sized infinity pool, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gymnasium and sauna. The leisure centre has changing and shower facilities.
Also at the back of the complex is a coffee bar/delicatessen and English Supermarket.

Attractions within easy reach are:

*The main coastal road is minutes walk away, where you can catch the frequent bus, which goes to the exclusive Puerto Banus and Marbella and to Estepona. There are also licensed taxis, which operate in both areas.
*Five minutes drive away is Puerto Banus with its exclusive marina where you can marvel at the millionaires Yachts and expensive cars. The harbour itself is full of restaurants overlooking the marina. The whole area around Puerto Banus is heaving with nightlife and designer shops such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton and many more. You name it, it is there! The town square has a range of amusement activities such as Bungi swings and a craft market. There is also a lively Disco type beach in the cove during the day.
*Marbella is five minutes further on, which also has a Marina and exclusive beachfront hotels such as Marbella Club where the rich and famous stay. The town itself has a wide range of shops as well as a beautiful town square full of tropical plants and fountains. The promenade is again full of all sorts of restaurants. Further inland is Orange Square, which still has all the Spanish white washed charm.
