Only 5 minutes from La Finca Golf and situated on a small private, gated development with communal pool and tennis court, our comfortably furnished, air conditioned bungalow sleeps up to 6 -
has one double bedroom, 1 twin both with fitted wardrobes,ceiling and pedestal fans and a sofa bed in the sitting room (sleeps 2 children or 1 adult). Satellite television with English terrestrial and Sky channels, digital radio stations, DVD player & CD radio.
Well equipped kitchen, all crockery, pans and utensils suppplied and utility area with washing machine and drying rails.
Off road parking, front terrace with table and chairs. Spiral staircase to large roof terrace with table, chairs and parasol, sun
loungers and barbeque.
A 10 minute walk takes you to the La Finca Golf Commercial which has an English supermarket, bars and a restuarant. A further five minutes on to the Golf Club itself with bar and restaurant.
Algorfa 5 minute drive with banks, a few shops bars and
restaurants.
Cuidad Quesada with water park and good selection of bars and all kinds of restaurants.
Guardamar Del Segura 15-20 minute drive to miles of blue flag beaches & dunes with beach front bars and cafes.
Torrevieja 20 minutes away with hypermarket, town beaches, shops, resturants and good nightlife. Market on Fridays.
Benidorm About an hours drive north with all the facilities of a large resort - water & theme parks, miles of beaches and sealife park.
Villajoyosa and Guadalest are also worth a visit.
A Car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area.
