This superbly situated luxury two bedroom two bathroom (sleeps 4) semi-detached corner house is without doubt in one of the best positions on the complex! Casa Sara is situated on a QUIET small well maintained complex, with parking right outside your door. There are three terraces, one is a private roof terrace. Casa Sara is overlooking a lovely park and beyond orange trees. On the outskirts of the charming seaside village Alcossebre on Spains picturesque Costa del Azahar (orange blossom coast). Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the roof terrace, with mountains stretching behind the property.
It is a 5 mins. stroll to the coast and another 5 mins. walk to the beach. Nearest restaurants and supermarket are a 10 mins. walk. The village is a 20 minutes walk from the complex.

Costa del Azahar is a very green region with a host of orange and almond groves. With all year round sunshine Costa del Azahar offers a more authentic version of the Spanish Mediterranean.

More and more people are discovering the delights of the sandy beaches, marinas and yacht clubs that can be found all along the coastline. Once visited, it is easy to see why many people are falling in love with this beautiful part of Spain.

On this stunning stretch of coastline lie the twin villages of Las Fuentes and Alcossebre. Positioned within an area of conservation Alcossebre’s development has been strictly controlled - no high-rise buildings.

This resort boasts five blue flag sandy beaches and lots of activities. The mountains climbing back from the beaches make it an attractive area.

Alcossebre lies midway between Valencia and Barcelona. Most carriers (Jet2, Easyjet, Ryanair) fly into Valencia (74 miles) and Barcelona (154 miles) so you should have no problems reaching the exotic Costa del Azahar!

Nearest railway station : Alcala de Chivert (10 miles) with rail links to both Valencia and Barcelona.

Casa Sara is furnished to a very high standard, all furniture and appliances are new. Living area includes sofa, leather tub chair, dining table and chairs.

Alcossebre is just 40 minutes away from Castellons Mediterraneo golf course to the South and Panoramica Golf and Country Club at Vinaros to the North.

Distances:
Port Aventura, Universal Theme Park, is an hour drive.
Benicassim, Aqua World, is a 40 minutes drive.
Peniscola, a picturesque old town with castle overlooking the town and sea, is a 30 minutes drive.
Vinaros renowned for its seafood and beautiful beaches is a 40 minutes drive.
The beautiful city of Valencia is only an hour away.
Castellon has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars only 30 minutes away.

Alcossebre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are cash points and banks and English speaking GPs, dentists and pharmacies.

Booking: £100 per week non refundable deposit payable at time of booking. Outstanding balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment also accepted in Euros. We accept Paypal and international bank transfers.
Arrival afternoon, departure 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cleaning/towels/linen/:
The house is cleaned and prepared prior to arrival. Quality towels and linen are provided and are changed weekly. Beach/Pool towels are not included.
