The master bedroom is a double with a full size built in wardrobe, safe and patio doors leading to a balcony that offers splendid sea views and panoramic views of the sub tropical gardens and pools complex below. The twin bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers and full length wardrobe.

The lounge/dining area comes equipped with a table and 6 chairs, two sofas, one of which can be converted to a large pull out bed, satellite TV/DVD/Radio and patio doors leading out to a large South facing balcony that offers splendid sea views, glorious all day sunshine and magnificant panoramic views of the pool complex and gardens below. To the right are the snow capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains. The balcony comes equipped with a table and 6 chairs for outside dining as well as two loungers for sun bathing and relaxation. The bathroom comes equipped with a full size bath including shower, a bidet, W.C. and sink.

This fully secure and enclosed luxurious complex is within a 3 minute drive to the beach and the Yacht Marina’s bars, restaurants, Shops, Supermarket and Fitness Centre. It is right across the road from Almerimar's Gary Player designed, 27 Hole, championship Golf Course.

Outside there are two full size swimming pools (which are open throughout the summer months), a kiddys pool, Jacuzzi and a paddle tennis court all within an enclosed and fully secure sub tropical garden setting. The indoor recreation area has been designed to the highest standards and includes heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, changing rooms, turkish bath and sauna.

If you have never taken a holiday in Almerimar previously then you are in for a real treat! Central to the port area is the magnificant 1100 placement Yacht Marina with its Bars, Restaurants, Fashion Salons, Shops and well stocked Supermarkets all within 15 minute walking distance. Just a short drive away you will find top class commercial centres (COPO, El Corte Ingles & Gran Plaza), fashion shops restaurants, cafes in El Ejido and further down the motorway at neighbouring Roquetas De Mar.

For those seeking a break away from the glare of sun drenched beaches and in-house swimming pools, there is golf at the Gary Player designed, 27 hole, championship golf course in Almerimar or at nearby Playa de Serena in Roquetas, skiing (Dec/April) at the olympic ski-slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains less than two hours away, tennis, horse riding, yachting, fishing, scuba diving, canoeing, walking, go-karting and bird watching.

- A Meet and Greet charge of €20 is applied to all after-hour arrivals during weekday's after 8pm, all weekends and bank holiday's
Air-Con charge €25 per week.
The refundable damage deposit (€150) is paid directly to our local representative upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure if there are no damages, excess cleaning or loss of keys. All prices confirmed on request. A booking deposit of 30% is required. All bookings confirmed when deposit is received. Payment may be made through PayPal (fees & charges apply)or by bank transfer. All bank transfer charges remain the sole responsibility of the renter. All outstanding balances due including applicable sur charges must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
