Holiday penthouse for rent in Calahonda

Our cosy 2 bed penthouse apartment is an excellent position from which to explore the area. We are minutes from bus-stop with regular bus service. Supermarkets, banks, chemist, doctor, coffee bars etc. are within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance and the popular Cabopino beach/marina with excellent restaurants/bars is close by. Our apartment has two bedrooms, The master bedroom has a patio door leading onto terrace. The second bedroom is twin bedded. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom with bath, shower, WC. There is an attractive kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven/hob. Ample kitchen untensils provided. The lounge/dining area has a sofa-bed with bed below and therefore the apartment could sleep 6. Patio doors lead from the lounge to terrace where there is patio table and chairs for outside dining. From this terrace the roof terrace can be reached by a spiral staircase, where again there is patio table and chairs, and a built in BBQ, Loungers. From here there are panoramic sea views. NOTE since photograph taken the gazebo has had to be removed but there are parasols for shade. We are approximately 30 minutes from Malaga (pickups can be arranged from airport) and approx. 10 minutes from both Fuengirola and Marbella by car. The excellent Cabopino golf course is very close by. There is also use of a communal swimming pool. all prices are in £ sterling and is independent of number of guests upto maximum of 6. Discounts offered for periods of 3 weeks or more. The charges are inclusive of electricity, water, heating, housekeeping/cleaning before and after your stay. Linen and towels provided, beach/pool towels are not provided.
