Description: |
CASA LOUISE is a comfortabley furnished villa set on one level with air conditioning, well established and maintained gardens and seperate Barbecue area.
Conveniently situated within a few minutes drive of the popular coastal resort of Javea, the villa is set within its own private gardens with terraces, swimming pool, outside covered dining area, loungers and there are numerous places to relax both in the shade or sunshine..
There are four Bedrooms, three bathrooms, two en suite, a lounge with cable TV, a modern fully fitted kitchen, dining conservatory which leads directly onto the pool and terreces. It is a short drive to the beautiful picturesque bay of Granadella and beyond to the Arenal beach with its lively bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
There is a very well stocked Supermarket just a few mins drive from the villa and a selection of local bars and restaurants. Just a little further along the road is the lighthouse with cafes and restaurants that offer magnificent views along the coast.
The main resort of Javea is only a short 5-6 mins drive away.The resort of Javea with its historic OLD TOWN, the picturesque PORT & HARBOUR and the excellent ARENAL sandy beach are perfet for the ideal family holiday. There is a varied selection of shops, bars, pavement cafes and restauraunts which serve an excellent meals set in superb surroundings.
The cosmapolitan resort of MORAIRA is only a short 20 mins drive from the villa.Enjoy the atmosphere of its many pavement bars & cafes plus a fabulous range of quality restauraunts overlooking the port & harbour.
For some great family days out you can visit the fabulous “AQUALANDIA” water Theme Park the entertaining “MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or the marvellous “TERRA MITICA” one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks.

Costa Blanca otherwise known as the white coast has something for everyone. Benidorm which has many attractions for all age groups Mundomar Animal Water Park and Aqualandia a swimming park and Terra Mitica a large fun park.
The pretty town of Moriara with its picturesque marina. The historic city of Valencia is just over an hours drive from Javea. Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands and Calpe with its legendary Calpe Rock jutting out of the sea. The beautiful Jalon Valley is a thirty minute drive into the mountains.
Javea is known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent "Blue Flag"beaches from the beautiful cove of Granadella with its small bars and restaurants to La Barraca with its wonderful views or if you prefer the golden sandy beach of Arenal with its promenade of shops bars and restaurants.
Javea Port is a traditional fishing port with a large marina, intimate streets, brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebble beaches. The traditional historic town of Javea with its cobbled streets is still relativly unspoiled with and relaxing ambience. It has many traditional "Tapas Bars" and a weekly market. The spectacular fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue through the summer months.
Balcon al Mar is just what it says "The Balcony of the Sea!" with spectacular views from the lighthouse of the cliffs and coastline.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The final balance would be due 8 weeks prior to occupancy. There is a £300 refundable loss/damage deposit which would be returned within 7 days of departure.
All linen and towels are supplied except beach towels.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours)
