Description: |
An extremely well positioned one bedroom apartment located in one of the best positions in Torrox Costa. The front door of the apartment block is less than a minute’s walk to the Paseo Maritimo with its well groomed sandy beach and assortment of Chiringitos, restaurants and bars. The apartment has a sunny closed in veranda that has spectacular views to the mountains of the Sierra Almijara and to the sea. It is centrally positioned with cafes, bars, shops and banks all literally on its door-step. The area is safe, quiet and ideal for couples and families. In addition it is only 45 minutes by car from Malaga Airport.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a small well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It also has a glazed in balcony which serves as an excellent dining area or for just relaxing and enjoying the views, air and Sun.
The apartment block is equipped with ramps and lifts. The communal gardens are immaculately groomed year round and there are two swimming pools and six tennis courts for the sole use of the occupants.
The Paseo Maritimo is ideal for an evening stroll and its length is lined with various bars and restaurants. It is a favourite place for visitors to relax, eat tapas, enjoy a cool drink, watch the World pass by and the Sun set over the sea.
Torrox Costa is just 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and well served by a good motor-way. The resort is growing in popularity. Golf is available just 10 minutes drive away and there is a water amusement park at El ingenio in Torre del Mar 15 minutes away. In addition there are the famous caves in Nerja only 10 minutes away. Those looking for more energetic activities will find mountain walking, cycling, horse riding and off road motor biking in the National parks of the Sierra Almijara and the Sierra Tejeda
Whilst Torrox Costa is a more relaxed and tranquil location, those in search of nightlife will not be disappointed. Nerja abounds with clubs and disco bars and is only 5 kilometres along the coast. Taxis are always available to make the short journey from within the apartment complex.

The apartment blocks occupy front line beach positions with well maintained gardens surrounding them. There is plentiful car parking in the immediate vicinity of the blocks and there are no roads to cross in getting to the beach which is just metres away.
Restaurants and bars are plentiful and varied all along the sea front as well as a good selection of shops and cafes on the doorstep. The beach is just a minute’s flat walk from the front door and there are two swimming pools and 6 tennis courts to choose from in the communal gardens.
