The apartment is located on the top floor of an attractive two storey building in La Barrosa, Costa de la Luz (also known as Chiclana de la Frontera). We also now have a 1 bed apartment that sleeps 4 available on the same complex with lower rental rates (see ref 1383). We have excellent testimonials from guests - please ask for web-site address so that you can read them.
It comprises of its own private balcony, living room with leather settee and comfortable seats, TV, DVD/MP3 Player and CD Player, well equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom, for families with a baby there is a cot/playpen in the 2nd bedroom. For winter bookings we supply heaters and thick blankets for those colder evenings. There is also a private parking space with the apartment.
We have an English speaking local representative who arranges cleaning of the apartment and bed linen and shows holiday-makers around the apartment. They are also there to help if you encounter any problems whilst you are staying at the apartment.
The apartment is located on a security gated complex and is one of the best complexes in La Barrosa. They are set in elegantly landscaped gardens that are surrounded by pine forests. One of the loveliest aspects of the apartment is that it is just a ten minute walk to one of the best beaches in southern Spain, La Barrosa. If you want to spend your holidays in a Spanish part of Spain then this is the place to come. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol and the locals are all very welcoming.
It is just ½ hour drive from Jerez airport that is served by low cost airline Ryanair and Britannia Airways. You can also fly to Gibraltar from Luton with Monarch Airlines. Other airports that are located nearby are Seville (1 ½ hours drive) and Malaga/Faro (3 hour drive), which can be flown to from many UK airports.
BOOKING INFO
All prices include utility bills, the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and when you depart and we supply fresh bed linen and hand & bath towels. The only extra charge is if you want linen cleaned mid-stay and this is only 15 Euros.
30% deposit required to secure booking, balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
