Description: |
The apartment comprises two spacious twin bedded rooms with commanding views of the harbour, and a comfortable lounge/diner with fabulous view to beach and sea. TV and radio provided. The Kitchen has Oven and Hob, Fridge and ample cupboard space. It is fully equipped for four persons. The shower room is new for 2007,and there are two balconies for all day sunshine. A washing machine is provided. No price increase for 2008
Shops, bars and restaurants are all very close. The town of Calpe is about 30 minutes walk along the promenade, or if you prefer there is a local bus that takes you there. Swimming pool
Local activities include Golf, Water sports, Tennis, Rambling, Fishing, Horse Riding. The theme parks of Terra Mitica & Terra Natura arefantastic theme parks situated at Finestrat just outside Benidorm is only a 25 minute drive. With its situation adjacent to the beautiful beach and lively town, and only a short drive away from the resorts of Altea, Moraira and Javea. The bustling resort of Benidorm with its famous nightlife is 25 minutes away by car, and can also be reached by train or bus. The train runs every hour from Calpe to Alicante and Denia.>Except for the months of July, August & September it is usually possible for us to arrange an Airport pick up & drop off service for you at reasonable prices. Car hire can be arranged at the time of booking, if required, from Alicante & Valencia Airports. In the Spring/Autumn there are possibilities to join in a small walking group that walk in the mountains in the area. (Weather permitting) No price increase for 2008

25% non-refundable deposit on booking, with balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy.
There is a £100 deposit against damage and loss of keys, refundable on return of keys provided that no breakages have been reported. Occupation is from 1500 on the day of arrival to 1030 on the day of departure.
There is a supplement of £25 for stays of less than 14 days during July, August & September
