Description: |
Our 2002 built house at Mosa Trajectum in Murcia, is an open plan 2 bedroom, (sleeps 4, 1 double, 1 twin), 1 bathroom Villa. The main spacious bedroom leads onto a balcony/sun terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom wardrobe contains a digital safe. There is a fully integrated hot and cold air-conditioning system upstairs and downstairs. The property has an open plan fitted kitchen, lounge, dining area with patio door access to the pool and patio areas. In addition to the main bathroom, there is a downstairs toilet.
Included in the property is a satellite television system with BBC, ITV and Sky channels including sports and films, DVD player, stereo cassette/CD player. The kitchen has a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. In addition, there is also a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are in an upstairs bedroom. The patio has a patio table & chairs and 4 sun loungers.
Mosa Trajectum has 24 hour walled security and is bordered by a nature reserve and the Murcia mountains. This beautifully maintained, refined golf resort is very peaceful and ideally suited to people who prefer a more relaxed setting.
On site, at the Parador, there is an a la carte restaurant and bar serving day time and evening snacks. Billis Sports bar in the new shopping complex opened in the last week of April 2008 and further restaurants are due to open this summer.
Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort boasts a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course plus a 9 hole challenge course built to the exacting standards set by the PGA and USGA.
There are two tennis courts, a paddle court and childrens play area.
The resort lies 15 minutes drive from the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Murcia with its many restaurants, bars and designer clothes shops. The province of Murcia has the most hours of sunshine in Spain and the region has an exceptionally pleasant microclimate as the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range provide a very effective shelter. The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the province of Murcia, which includes Mosa Trajectum, to be the cleanest province in Europe because of its clean air. This region of Spain is very rich in tradition and this is celebrated with many colourful festivals through out the year. Mosa Trajectum holds its own festival during September.
The Costa Calida, which is at the southern end of the Costa Blanca has many quiet blue flag beaches with clean swimming water and the charm of the traditional Spanish seaside resort. The nearest beaches are at the Mar Menor and are only 20 mins drive from Mosa Trajectum.
