The Villa has 800m built in three levels. - Basement: Has a warehouse, a lounge of games with a billiards and a table of Ping-Pong and some devices of gymnastics, a bathroom, has apart the bedroom of service with a small room deestar and built-in bath, also this zone of washer and wringer and the quarter(room) of machines of swimming pool and air. 1 º Floor: We find a large living room of 150m, full equipped kitchen, toylet for the swimming pool. This floor is placed at a height of(the level of) the swimming pool and garden where we can find the porch, jacuzzi and a fountain. Great garden of 450 m, we have under the solarium a bath and a sauna for about 6 persons, in the garden also have, a senator equipped with plate, frige, sink and BBQ. 2 º Floor: Living-room of aprox. 50m, principal bedroom with dressing room and bath in - suite, one bedrooms with twin beds and 1bath in suite, two more double rooms with a bath. These 2 bedrooms, they share a terrace with a nice view to the sea, with a small office with small frige. The Villa has air conditioning. Solar panels to warm the water of the whole house, . Service cleaning during the week.

Also for his serviceability and assertion previous Town Albella can offer the cooks services for lunches and dinners

Happy holiday at San Agustin !

Our family spend nice holiday (2 weeks ) at Villa Albella . House + service was good . The weather nice as it can be in the end of year ( + 22...24C).We celebrated also my wifes 50 years aniversary and the town arranged a marwelous fireworks at 31.12 for her . You could see the rackets from Playa del Ingles + San agustin from top place of this town . Our family is back at home and all are happy . We all will thanks Josefa to realize us this wonderful holiday ! Best regards Jari
