The architect has designed this villa with the Mediterranean climate in mind.
With Private Pool!! Plus gated community Pool and Tennis court all included!.The bedrooms are located on the ground floor which keeps cooler in the hot Summer and the living space is located on the first floor, so that you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows.
The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas. As it is open-plan, the dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool; the kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher plus a separate utility room with washing machine,there is also a washroom on this level.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor come with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and "rain water" shower plus a security safe. The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to have either twinn beds or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements.Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here again there is a luxury table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower.
La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away, as is the large gated community pool (with own toilet & Showers).

Breakage/ key deposit £200
The price is PER WEEK not PER PERSON, the price includes full use of Pool, electric, water etc. The arrival and departure cleaning and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels) is INCLUDED for the rental term. A MIDWEEK or MID-TERM linen change is available but at an EXTRA CHARGE (approx£42.00). YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN BEACH/POOL TOWELS or they can be rented at a small extra charge per rental period (due airline weight requirements)
Payment via Euros/Pounds (or bank transfer in any other currency can be accepted).
25% deposit on booking with balance SIX weeks prior to departure.
Refundable breakages / Key deposit required and not suitable for children under 5.
When booking please state number of beds to be prepared and if bedroom 2 & 3 to be left as SINGLES or as a DOUBLE bed.
All linen is white "Hotel" type.
