The Villa sits on a 518 square metre plot and is situated in a quiet residential location named Pinar de Campoverde on the Costa Blanca. Alicante Airport is approximately 55 minutes drive whilst Murcia Airport is a mere 20 minutes. No holiday companies operate in this area. The villa is a 10 minute drive to one of the many blue flag beaches.
Campoverde is a new development adjacent to the old village. The villa has several bars, restaurants and shops close by within easy walking distance. whilst the nearby village has even more bars, restaurants, shops and a good supermarket selling many English items including newspapers. There is a friendly mix of nationalities and, as there are both holiday and residential homes, there is a good atmosphere all year round. The nearest beaches at Torre de la Horadada and San Pedro are about a 10 minute drive away and there are many other beaches within easy reach as both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor are only a short drive away.
For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby Lo Romero is a brand new golf course between Pilar de la Horadada & Campoverde and is approximately a 5 minute drive from the villa (LOROMEROGOLF). Other golf courses include, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and La Manga and are all within driving distance. Golf clubs are available to use at no extra cost.
For those wanting to explore the area, or to simply have a look around, Campoverde makes an excellent base. For those who like to walk Campoverde has a nature reserve with marked trails for you to follow.
The villa has marble floors throughout with 3 bedrooms - 1 double bed, with air-conditioning unit and 2 further bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and a chest of draws. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
There are two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have bath/shower, 2 vanity units, WC, bidet, and marble walls and floors.
The Villa offers an open plan living room, dining room and an American style kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher etc. The lounge area and dining room are also fitted with ceiling fans.
There is a video, DVD player and English Satellite Television. There are also videos plus DVDs in the unit in the dining room and a variety of board games for your added enjoyment. WiFi internet access is also available.
You will find a veranda downstairs which has a table and chairs for those warm sunny breakfasts. There is also an awning protecting you from the sun. There is a pergola, sunbeds and a barbecue on the patio.
Upstairs there is a further veranda overlooking the private pool with a relaxing sofa and chairs for that morning tea/coffee in the sun.
This is a real home from home - but with better weather !!

2012 & 2013 bookings are now being taken. Please book early to ensure you get the dates you require. Remember flights and car hire are at their cheapest as soon as they are released, so book the villa first to get the best possible deals.
The villa is very popular, particularly with returning guests. If the dates you require are not available then may we suggest you book ahead to 2013 as bookings are already being taken!!
