Description: |
The Villa is situated in a quiet residential location within Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca,within walking distance from a blue flag, child friendly beach.
Alicante Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive whilst Murcia Airport is a mere 25 minutes.
There are beach bars, restaurants and local supermarket within walking distance and a large number of bars, restaurants, shops and larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive. There is a friendly mix of nationalities and, as there are both holiday and residential homes, there is a good atmosphere all year round. There are a number of other beaches nearby including the Mar Menor. For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby - La Manga, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, La Finca and many more. For those wanting to explore the area or to simply have a look around, Cabo Roig makes an excellent base.
The villa has marble floors throughout with 3 bedrooms - 1 double bed, with air-conditioning unit and 2 further bedrooms one with a double bed and the other a single bed with a pull out bed beneath. Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and a chest of draws.
There are two bathrooms - one en-suite shower to the main bedroom and a main bathroom with bath/shower. Both have vanity units, WC marble floors and are fully tiled. There is a further WC on the ground floor.
The Villa offers an open plan living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. The lounge area/dining room is fitted with air conditioning.
There is a Hi-Fi, DVD player and English/European cable Television. There are DVDs and a variety of board games for your added enjoyment.
You will find a terrace to the front of the property which has a table and chairs for those warm sunny breakfasts and a BBQ, tiled table, benches, sun shades and sun loungers in the rear garden area.
There is a secluded roof sun terrace if you want to have a quiet afternoon siesta.
This is a real home from home - but with better weather!!
