This house offers spacious accommodation for up to six people. Within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and the nearest beach(La Mata & Los Locos)is a ten minute walk. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans installed in all rooms.

There is also a bus stop 50m from the villa which will take you to La Mata beach or Torrevieja town.
The town of Torrevieja is a mere five minute drive away and there are three 18 hole golf courses within ten minutes drive.

The house has a pool view and sea views from the large rooftop solarium. It has three bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a very spacious living/dining room with satellite tv, radio, cd player,dvd player and a separate fully equipped kitchen.

In the master bedroom there are double patio sliding doors leading onto a terrace which also has a pool view. There is also an enclosed terrace leading off the kitchen, which enjoys all day sunshine. To the front of the villa there is an elevated terrace and a garden with off street parking.

Nice and clean house.

Upon arrival we were greated by the landlord who lives just around the corner and is usually available for questions. The house was clean and big. The roof terrace and gardens were very nice, and all the advertised facilities were present. The close proximity to the bus station was a nice extra, and the pool was very welcome in the hot weather. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and I would defenitely recommend it.

A Month in Spain

Nice location with a bus stop close by to go to the beach or the town. However would recommend a car to facilitate getting around. We spent a month here very happily. The house was well equipped with a lovely big kitchen. Good line dancing for those interested in Torry. Again a car would be required to get to the venues. The person looking after the propertyfor the owner (Barry Dexter) was very helpful and made sure everything was okay for us.
