This house offers spacious accommodation for up to six people. Within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and the nearest beach is a ten minute walk. Air Conditioning installed in all rooms.
There is also a bus stop 50m from the villa which will take you to La Mata beach or Torrevieja town.
The town of Torrevieja is a mere five minute drive away and there are three 18 hole golf courses within ten minutes drive.
The house has a pool view and sea views from the large rooftop solarium. It has three double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a very spacious living/dining room with satellite tv, radio, cd player,dvd player and a separate fully equipped kitchen.
In the master bedroom there are double patio sliding doors leading onto a terrace which also has a pool view. There is also an enclosed terrace leading off the kitchen, which enjoys all day sunshine. To the front of the villa there is an elevated terrace and a garden with off street parking.
