EL PORTET, MORAIRA - Newly renovated-Luxury elevated south facing, air conditioned/ heated private villa in a quiet location, own heated pool and kitchen& bathrooms. Has magnificent views over the sea, the Ifach Rock and the Sierra Bernia Mountains behind. Just 10 minutes walk downhill to the safe sandy bay of Portet (20 minites back) .
Portet -
Is 55 miles from Alicante Airport, mostly mortorway, takes about 1 hour. Valencia is a little further and takes 90 minutes.
Portet is a small unspoilt sandy cove, with safe swimming. There are a few restaurants, two small beach bars and a shop.
Moraira -
The fishing village of Moraira is 1.5 miles away and has banks, shops, supermarkets and a beautifully maintained marina with water sports, boat hire, many fine restaurants and a weekly market on a Friday. A little further afield , tennis, golf and horse riding are available.
The Villa has a large kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge with panoramic window, a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin, marble staircase leading to 3 double bedrooms (1 twin), each having doors leading onto an upper sun terrace. All the bedrooms have wonderful sea views. There are 2 bathrooms.Outside the swimming pool is 8 x 4m, there is a barbeque, tables, chairs and sunloungers.
In the Villa we provide a good selection of books and games, with satellite TV, limited channels and DVD/CD player with surround sound.
The kitchen has a full size electric cooker, with hob, fridge freezer, mircrowave and all cooking dishwasher . There is no washing machine
The Linen is changed weekly.
bath and hand towels are provided. please bring your own beach towels
A Welcome Pack on arrival is available if requested.
A car is essential and can be arranged from Alicante or Valencia Airports.
