Holiday villa for rent in Nerja

This is a lovely, recently refurbished two bedroom property on the peaceful urbanisation of Punta Lara. It has spectacular views of the mountains and Nerja town, and is only a five-minute walk from the beach.

The property is typically Andalucian in style and has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and two bathrooms, both of which have been completely modernised to a very high standard. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. The upstairs bathroom comprises double walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a new, fully-fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The spacious lounge/diner has two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table with chairs for six. There are also two folding single beds, which can comfortably sleep younger children. The lounge also has a small balcony, with table and chairs. At the top of the property is a 60²m terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains, the sea and Nerja.

All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a heater for cooler evenings. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for your convenience. Cots can be provided on request. Welcome pack on arrival and linen changed weekly.

Taxis from the airport can be arranged, and a welcome pack will be provided on arrival.

Just 150 yards away from the villa there is a beautiful communal pool, which is open from May to October and has a lifeguard in attendance, making it ideal for families with children. Adjacent to the pool you’ll find two bar/restaurants. The Punta Lara Bar (on the street above the pool) also serves home cooked food, and you are guaranteed a warm welcome.


Nerja and the surrounding area
The heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the ‘Balcony of Europe’, a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff. Only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, Nerja boasts beautiful sandy blue flag beaches, all within easy reach of the villa. Its quaint narrow winding alleys are surrounded by white-washed shops, and fabulous restaurants will provide endless memorable evenings out.
Nearby you’ll find the famous Nerja Caves, which are some of the best caves in Europe – simply breathtaking! The pretty village of Frigiliana is a ten-minute drive away, and if you’re visiting in the winter the Sierra Nevada Mountains are only a 90 minute drive away. There are also a number of golf courses within easy reach. Nerja’s sandy Burriana Beach is just a five-minute drive or bus ride away, and there you can enjoy a range of watersports, shop for souvenirs or relax with a meal in one of the spectacular fish restaurants.
