Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment in Marbella Area (Sleeps 4/6)

The apartment is located in Reserva de Marbella a luxurious gated comunity with 24 hr security about 11kM from central Marbella and about 1.5 kM north of the beach and Cabopino marina.

It is fully furnished and air conditioned has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room/dining area with marble floors throughout. The 20sqM terrace is West facing with uninterrupted views of the mountains.
. Sleeping accommodation for an additional two is provided by a sofa bed in the living room. Sky Television is available in the living room

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave cooker and the usual kitchen equipment.

A car parking space is allocated in the secure underground car park and the block has its own communal pool and jacuzzi contained within tropical gardens and surrounded by a security fence.

A number of golf courses are available within a few kilometers of the apartment (the attractive Cabopino course is directly next door to the Reserva) and tennis or squash courts and gymnasium are available at the Club del Sol some 3 kM to the East. /

Wind surfing, water skiing and horse riding is also available in this area.

The beach at Playa de Artola is easily accessible and a number of good restaurants can be found close by at the pretty Cabopino marina.

The famous Nikki Beach is nearby and many lively nightclubs and bars are available in Marbella. /marbella/


There are many places of interest to visit such as the Piccaso Museum in Malaga, the roman bridge in Rhonda, the Alcazaba and Cathedral in Malaga. Further afield are the historic cities of Cordoba and Cadiz. /TourSpain/Destinos/Provincias/A/MP/0/Malaga?language=en

For children the area has lots to offer - Aqua Parks in Fuengirola and Malaga, A Zoo at Fuengirola, Tivoli World Fair/Theme Park at Benalmadena, Funny Beach at Marbella with go-karting, trampoline area, quad safaris etc, Selwo Wildlife Theme Park at Estepona and the Sea Life Centre at Benalmadena to name just a few attractions
