Kitchen: fully fitted with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine etc. All crockery and cutlery. Lounge/Dining room: Dining table and chairs. Lounge area with sofa and coffee table. Feature fireplace.Air con and Ceiling fans for both areas. Sat TV with English channels.sky sports and setanta Patio doors leading to spacious balcony with table and 4 chairs giving access to steps leading to large private roof top solarium with 4 sunbeds and table chairs and umbrella. Panoramic sea views. Bathroom:bath with over shower,vanity unit,wc and bidet There is private parking to the side of building with steps to front door. Wheelchair inaccesible. Pets not allowed. Communal pools approx 50-200 yards away

The apartments location is within walking distance of many supermarkets, restaurants and shops. There are golf courses nearby, Villamartin being one, and the Blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and La Zenia are only a short distance away. Playa Flamenca has a commercial centre where restaurants offer a Wide choice of international food.
There is a brilliant Saturday street market 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Well worth a visit. The tourist information bureau which is located in the town hall near the Mercadona supermarket are very helpful, and the local bus leaves from just outside. The local airport of Murcia is a 20-30 minute drive away and Alicante airport approx 45 minutes. Car hire is available at both airports. Our caretaker is available if you require a taxi.
The lively fishing port of Torrevieja is also just a 10min drive away, offering a wide choice of restaurants,bars, shops, street market, lively entertainment on a endless promenade with large marina. |

Special notes All reservations require a deposit of 75 pounds (non-returnable) paid in advance, plus a security key deposit of 75 pounds which will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the apartment and all keys have been returned. The remaining balance should be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. All rates include service charges, bed linen and towels. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. A food pack can be arranged payable to our caretaker on arrival. Changeover day is flexible.
