Description: |
This semi detached Bungalow with family size swimming pool is well situated within easy walking distance to the restaurant/bar complex which has a beautiful communal pool, tennis courts, petanca pitches and also is close to the proposed golf course. 10 mins from Puerto de Mazarron which is a small fishing port on Spains Costa Calida. The area is largely unspoilt with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. There are several sandy blue flag beaches along the coast of Mazarron.There is a golf course at the near by Camposol resort only 5 mins drive with a driving range and pratice putting green, or La Manga Golf approx 40mins drive away.There is a large supermarket at the nearby Camposol resort, which also comprises of a new development with restaurants and shops including a bowling alley and snooker tables with various bars.The Villa is brand new with air conditioning which can be used as heating in the winter. In an excellent location with lovely views of the surrounding mountains, with only a couple of minutes walk to the bar/restaraunt and communal pool.There are breath taking views of the mountains and the Bungalow is enhanced by a pretty landscaped garden with lemon and orange trees.

Lounge with leather suite and dining area.

Rear utility area with wash/dryer machine.Iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
