This lovely first floor apartment,with lift (x2) is situated in a very quiet residential area but with the thriving town of Fuengirola only minutes away.
The beach at Los Boliches is very safe and family- friendly. From there, it is a lovely walk along the Paseo Maritmo into Fuengirola.
For the more active person there are many golf courses nearby(about 10 along this strech of coast). Also, watersports, including a waterpark,horse riding,tennis and other activities are all within easy reach.
There are some great days out which are accessable by either hire car or coach trips . Gibralta being an excellent one but also Ronda, Seville Granada etc.There are also boat trips from the harbour going as far a field as Tangiers on the African coast.
Fuengirola is just 20 mins drive south of Malaga Airport, or there is the coastal train service that runs every 30 mins. The train station for the apartment being Los Boliches (translates- The Beaches).
The apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standard, with everything being brand new this year.
The main bedroom has a 5 foot bed, built in double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a door onto the balcony where the sun shines throughout the morning.
The second bedroom has twin beds, a freestanding wardrobe and a bedside table.
The shower room has a shower, toilet and hand basin, the washing mashine is also in here.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster,kettle, coffee machine, etc.
The large sitting room and dining area has a sofas and dining table to seat 4 persons. There is a TV with Sky satallite tv, DVD player, and radio with CD player.
Patio doors lead onto a large terrace which benefits from the early morning and afternoon sun.From here there are views to the mountains, pool and garden. There is a patio table with 4 chairs for dining outside.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

A NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE APARTMENT AND THE BALANCE PAID IN FULL 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL (WHERE APPROPRIATE).
A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE FINAL PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED. THIS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU BY POST AFTER THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN SERVICED AND WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS LEFT IN GOOD ORDER WITH NO DAMAGE. |
