Description:
Luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool, garden and large patio area along with private sun terrace leading from one of the upstairs bedrooms. The villa has two bedrooms and one large bathroom (including shower) upstairs. There is one bedroom and bathroom (shower – no bath) downstairs. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and twin beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and full set of crockery, glasses and utensils. Living area consists of dining/living room which includes dining table and chairs, double sofabed, Satellite TV and DVD player, Hi-fi system. Outside consists of a private pool (8mx4m), outdoor shower, large private garden, terrace, large patio area, table, chairs, and sun loungers. The villa has full air-conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter.
Linen and towels are included in the package (excludes sunbed towels)
Golf: The resort has a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course along with a 9 hole par 3 Challenge Course. It also has a driving range. The course has recently hosted the PGA European Pro Tour Championship Final. Full golf user rights come with the villa which provides for a huge discount for up to 4 users (60% discount= a green fee of €32 per 18 holes).

Shops: The city of Murcia is 15mins drive and has a good range of well known shops/restaurants/bars available, large shopping centre. Dos Mares shopping centre is also 15 minutes away towards San Pedro del Pinatar, on the way to the beach at Lo Pagen.
Sightseeing: There are a number of historical sites/cathedrals in the area.
