This charming house is situated a few minutes walk from the village square which benefits from numerous bars and 7 restaurants a supermarket/delicatessen, bakery and a few upmarket gift shops. Built in traditional Mallorcan stone, the house has been totally refurbished and provides 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a large living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small roof terrace with views to the mountains and village. From the living area there are glazed panel doors leading to a tiled terrace area with a large teak table and chairs and a private swimming pool (2.5m x 5m). There are wonderful views of the mountains and valley.
Within about 10 minutes drive, at Port de Soller there are two beaches set across from each other in the bay, one of which, the Repic, is set in a pedestrian area and is therefore the quieter of the two. There are also beautiful coves at Deia and Valldemossa, both within 30 minutes drive.

When you make your booking we require a 50% deposit of the rental charge, which will be forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival date. If outside that period half will be refunded. Balance 2 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A £100 fully refundable deposit is required which will be refunded in full subject to no breakages/damage.

There is a £14/16 euro per person charge towards final cleaning and laundry subject to a minimum of £45
