LOCATION
The villa is situated in 4,500sq.mts.of gardens, about ten minutes drive from the lovely sandy beaches of both Moraira and Javea on the outskirts of the charming Spanish village of Benitachell (Benitaxell). It is just a short walk to a large selection of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. These include a supermarket, chemist, banks and internet café. Three minutes drive from the Javea Golf Club
The stunning villa was completed in 2005 to very high specifications in the traditional Spanish finca style and includes a lovingly restored Riu Rau (outhouse), as a summerhouse/ al Fresco extra en-suite bedroom, next to the pool.
MAIN ENTRANCE
Once within the electrically controlled gates you have a driveway lined with cypress trees and lush green lawns and the feature of a palmed turning circle.
VILLA ENTRANCE
The antique Morrocan double doors welcome you into a secluded courtyard with fully glazed doors from both the lounge and kitchen.

Once you have relaxed in this majic place with amazing lighting, protected from any wind, with views through the arch of palm tree, pool, mountains and sunset, everyone will want to just stay out there and sleep the night in this unforgettable place.

If holiday is cancelled before any further payments are made this deposit is kept to cover admin costs.
