The house is within 25minutes drive from Murcia, San Javier airport and 50 minutes from Alicante.
Located 100mtrs from Cala Capitan beach and adjacent to La Zenia beach, the area benefits from many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and banks.
There are local activities for all the family which include tennis, horse riding,go-karting, scuba diving, jet and water skiing, sailing seafishing and of course nearby are the salt lakes, nature reserves and waterparks.
For the golfers there are 3 championship golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas just a few minutes drive away.
Buses operate regularly during the day and evening to Torrevieja which is a lively town with its large shopping centres which include leisure activities such as cinema and bowling. There are street markets a resident funfair, discos, restaurants and bars.Boat trips to view the surrounding coastline and island can be taken from the harbour.

Second floor consists of a master bedroom leading onto a terrace.
External - This is a security gated complex with private parking available.
