Baveria Golf is an exclusive 18 hole golf course about 15 minutes drive to the beautiful town of Nerja and 3 minutes drive to lots of villages and towns.
This apartment is of exceptional standard. Built 2 years ago. It has marble floors thoughout. All the bedrooms are double bedrooms with build in wardrobes and shelving. The master bedroom has ensuite,bathroom.with shower over full sized bath,bidget.ect. The second bathroom is also a full size. These rooms lead onto a long hallway which gives maximum privacy.
A door from the kitchen leads on to a big terrace which has sun until lunchtime. This terrace has its own furniture - table,chairs and loungers
The kitchen is fully equipped with diswasher, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.
The lounge has lots of seating on a very comfortabe deviding couch and two armchairs. This couch can be used as a 7/8 bed and large enough to take two children.The dining area is nearest the door to the hall area just off the kitchen. Patio doors from the lounge brings you onto a very large terrace. This terrace is elevated overlooking a part of the swimming pool, and has a view of the sea. This terrace has sun from early afternoon until sunset. A full sized table and chairs for six people plus lots of loungers make this a most enjoyable way to spend your afternoons. There is also on this terrace a butchers block with an electric grill for cooking. A portable barbarcue is also on this terrace.
A lift service to the large gardens with magnificent swimming pool is across the hall. This lift also services the private car space in the basement.
The swimming pool has a full time Life Guard. If you prefer you can get to the pool from outside the apartment itself.
