A good size 3 bed 2 bath fully furnished townhouse in an excellent position, 300 metres from two wonderful sandy beaches and a similar distance to bars shops and restaurants. On the complex is a large communal pool and each property has its own parking space.
For the golfers there are 3 championship golf courses just a few minutes drive away with 17 other courses in the area.
San Javier (Murcia) airport is only 20 mins away and Alicante airport is only 40 mins away. This property is ideal for beach and golf holidays whether it be on a short or long term rental. This is an ideal base for visiting a number of attractions in the area suitable for all age groups. We have a Welcome Brochure in the house crammed with information about the area. We can also send an electronic version before you go to allow you to plan your holiday.
We know some of our neighbours, so we may be able to arrange additional property rental close by for additional guests.

The following services are included in the rental charge for the property -
You can pre-book a Welcome Pack for an additional 15 euros, which includes a bottle of water, tea & coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter and a bottle of wine.
On arrival, the property will have been prepared for your occupation, including the required number of beds made up, electrics switched on, bathrooms equipped with toilet rolls, soap and towels, the kitchen equipped with washing-up liquid, dish cloth and bin bags, etc. The lights will be turned on for night time arrivals and you will be met by an employee of our property management company with the keys.
On departure from the property, you will be met by a member of the housemaid team who will check the property and inventory and collect the keys prior to cleaning and collecting the laundry.
