This new development of villas is situated within a private gated complex with remote gates sea views, in the popular area of Calahonda/miraflores/riviera on the costa del sol,between marbella and fuengerola,with over 320 days of sun a year.Located less than 20 minutes from malaga airport. Within a short walking distance of the villa is a retail centre containing restaurants, supermarket, newsagents, cashpoint machine. there are further shops, bank, restaurants & lively bars aprox 10 minutes walk.the beach is a 20 minute walk or 4 mins in the car .The miraflores golf club house near next to the complex open all day offering lunch & evening meals & entertainment. There is a fitness club with tennis courts, pitch and putt & bar. Miraflores golf course is a 18 hole course designed by folco nardi.The driving range & golf academy are within easy walking distance.the costa del sol has nearly 60 golf courses including valderrama,host to the 1997 ryder cup.
It is recommended to hire a car to explore & appreciate the area. Puerto banus is a must for a day trip with designer shops, large marina, beautiful restaurants & has a great nightlife. Also close by is puerto cabopino with its beautiful marina amazing beaches, water sports, sea fishing, bars & restaurants where fresh caught seafood is the speciality.
Families with children are well catered for on the costa del sol with its sandy beaches, an aqua park and a zoo in fuengirola( a 10 min drive)Tivoli world (a theme park)in benalmadena is also a great day out. Benalmadena also has cable car rides to the mountain tops, & the new selwo animal & adventure park.
