Penthouse apartment app. 80 sqm + balcony/terrace app. 25 sqm. The appartment is a part of Finca Dona Maria. 2 bedrooms. sleeps 4+1 child, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, direct entrance to the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. The balcony is faced south and west and you will get the sun the whole day. Table and chairs for 6 at the balcony and also 2 sunbeds. Large kitchen with all appliances such as fridge, freezer, ceramic hup, oven dishwasher, micro oven and also seperate washing room with washing maschine. Utilities for at least 6. There are both hot and cold airconditioning in all the rooms. Electric blinds and baldakins on the balcony.
From the balcony which are just beside the magnificent Torrequebrade Golf you have great views to the sea and the mountains.
You have garden at 3000 sqm with pool and sunbeds to your full disposal in this gated area.
Bus just outside the gate every hour to Pueblo and the Marina. Several stops in the city near beach and supermarkets and restaurants.
Electricity and water included. Final cleaning EUR 85 for 4 persons - and EUR 100 for 5 persons incl. bedlinen, towels. Beachtowels not included.

Direkte adgang til svalegang/balkon fra soveværelser og stue. Balkonen vender syd/vest og har solen fra midt formiddag til den går ned.
Bord + stole til 6 på terassen samt solvogne og så er der markise til lige at tage det værste midt på dagen. Stort køkken med alt i tilbehør, køl, frys, keramikkogeplade, ovn, opvaskemaskine, microovn o.s.v. Seperat rum med vaskemaskine. Gryder, bestik m.v. til mindst 6 personer. Der forefindes tillige aircondition i alle rum - kold/varm.
Fra balkonen er der en helt fantastisk udsigt ud over Torrequebrada Golf og havet. Fælles pool og have på 3000 kvm. er lige neden for lejligheden incl. parasoller og solvogne til fri afbenyttelse. Er kun for beboere i denne urbanication. Du kan sidde på terassen og holde øje med ungerne når de boltrer sig i poolen.
Der er busforbindelse lige uden for gaten til både Puebloen og til byen, stranden, supermarkeder o.s.v. - pris EUR 1,15.

Gelegen in der schönen Finca Donna Maria beinhaltet es 2 große Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppeltbett (Schlafplätze für insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind), 2 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Direkter Zutritt zum Balkon/Söller von beiden Schlafzimmern und vom Wohnzimmer aus. Der Balkon liegt nach Süd/West und hat damit die Sonne vom späten Vormittag bis Sonnenuntergang.
Auf der Terrasse sind Tisch + Stühle für 6 Personen vorhanden, dazu kommen noch 2 Liegestühle sowie zwei Markisen als Sonnenschutz.
Grosse Küche mit allem „drum und dran“ sowie Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Ceran-Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und so weiter. Getrennter Raum mit Waschmaschine. Töpfe, Besteck und Geschirr für mindestens 6 Personen vorhanden.
In dem ganzen Appartement ist eine Aircondition (kalt/warm) installiert.
Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht über den Torrequebrada Golf und das Mittelmeer. Gemeinsamer Swimmingpool und ein 3000 Quadratmeter großer Garten liegen direkt unterhalb des Balkons. Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und nur von den Einwohnern der Finca Donna Maria genutzt. Sie können auf unserer Terrasse sitzen und ihre Kinder beim Toben im Pool beobachten.
Eine Busverbindung zum Strand, in die Stadt, nach Pueblo, zum Supermarkt und so weiter, finden Sie direkt am Eingang. Preis pro Fahrt: EUR 1,15.

Luxury apartement in the best community in the Finca Dona Maria. All quiet and well kept - no traffic through the gated area and beautifull sorroundings in the garden with palms and flowers. Just the place to relax and take a break and then you have the golf course just beside the garden. Give yourself the chance to enjoy this apartment - you won`t regret it. |

No more than 4+1 people should reside in the apartment during the rental period.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your arrival. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).
Directions and information on the apartment will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid.
A security deposit of EUR 200, is required to cover breakages and loss of keys.
The deposit is payable with the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A transfer will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.
Deposit, Security Deposit, Final Balance and full payment can be made:
EUR transfer to our bank account. IBAN No. will given together with the booking form.
The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.
Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment.
Under no circumstances will persons under the age of 21, be allowed to reside at the apartment without parental/adult supervision.
Check-in/out:
Weekends, but flexible outside peak season.
Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.30am, however we maybe flexible on times, if there are no back to back bookings.

Prices are for the apartment per week not per person.
